Data Visualisation

Data can be represented in different visually recognized patterns. The process began by collecting thumbnails of various ways of Data Visualization. The thumbnails were then categorized on the basis of their Content (locative, flow/process, quantitative and descriptive), Ways of Representation (instructional, connectional, scientific/mathematical etc.) and its Purpose (hierarchy, instruction, relation and revelation). Metaphor of butterfly was used for visualization.
